SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY:
Social Blingz is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book Post or Speed Post.
How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?
- For shipments in India:
At present we do not have any charges for delivery all over India.
Our prices mentioned on each product are all inclusive of all taxes and shipping charges. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region. There will be an Extra Octroi charges for shipment to Maharashtra Region.
- For International shipments:
The shipping charge is specified separately for every product depending on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the total weight of all the products. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged as per the total weight of all products. Thus the delivery fee is calculated on weight basis when a customer orders different products.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
- For shipments in India:
Orders are dispatched within 15 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 15 to 22 working days for pre-order product and 5 to 7 working days for stock products. In case of any change of delivery timeline, our operations team will inform you of the same. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
- For International shipments:
We are excited to offer international shipping for most destinations of the world.

How is the Estimated Delivery Time calculated?
Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the transit time based on the shipping method you've chosen.
For example, if you order a pre-order product, it will need 10-15 business days of processing time and then 5-7 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 15-22 business days. If your order a product from the stock, it will be processed in 24hrs and 5-7 business days of shipping time. What if the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-9987999915 or email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Social Blingz has a liberal cancellation policy.
How do I cancel an order?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
- For outright cancellations by you:
If you cancel your order before your product has processed, we will refund the entire amount.
- For cancellation after your product has shipped:
If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there is defects found with the product.
Incase of refund, how do I get it?
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
If the product is received and needs to be exchanged the amount will be credited with us and can be used within a period of 6 Months.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY:
Returns or Exchanges are accepted within 48hrs of receiving the order.
What is the procedure for size exchange/return of the products?
Exchanges can be made for products if you need a different size.
In the case that you want to return/exchange a product, please inform us on our email id or contact no within 48hrs from the date of delivery of the product. The order number can be found in the confirmation email as well as text message from Social Blingz. After we receive the details, we will respond via same within 1-2 working days.
It is the responsibility of the client to send the correct product, Social Blingz will take no responsibility of the product in case a wrong product is sent back.
The products have to be unused and the tags have to be secure on the product. Any sign of usage (tears, stains, broken hardware or foul odour) will result in failure of quality check and rejection of the return.
Please try clothing articles with the tags on to check sizes. If you are happy with the product you can remove the tags and use them. If you have removed the tags of the product, we cannot accept the return.
Size exchange is subject to product availability.
Sale of all discounted items is FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on discounted/sale products.
All products bought on special offers (eg. Introductory Offer) are eligible for return or exchange (subject to size availability), but will have to be couriered back by the client at their own cost.
How do I return the product?

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
- No Returns or Exchange for Bodysuits & Jewelry.
- No Returns or Exchange for items purchased during Sale.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
